These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of Havn Constructors Inc.’s monthly gardening subscription service (“Service,” “we,” “our,” “us”) by you (“Client,” “you,” “your”). By enrolling in the Service, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Our gardening subscription includes routine lawn care services such as mowing, trimming, edging, and seasonal maintenance. Services are typically provided on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, depending on seasonal needs and agreed-upon frequency.
Gardening is a weather-dependent service. While we strive to maintain consistent scheduling, inclement weather (rain, storms, high winds, extreme heat, or unsafe working conditions) may cause delays or postponements.
If poor weather persists for several days, and we have a full roster of clients, we cannot guarantee exact rescheduling dates for each property.
We will do our best to accommodate all clients as promptly as possible, prioritizing fairness and service continuity.
Missed services due to weather will not result in automatic refunds, but if more than two consecutive visits are missed due to uncontrollable delays, we may offer a credit or partial refund on a case-by-case basis.
To ensure service quality and safety:
Gates must remain unlocked on service days.
Pets should be secured indoors or in safe areas.
Lawn areas must be reasonably clear of toys, furniture, debris, or hazards.
If our team is unable to perform services due to access issues or unsafe conditions, the visit may be skipped and no refund or credit will be issued.
This is a monthly recurring service with automatic billing on the first of each month.
Prices are quoted per property and are subject to change with 30 days’ notice.
A valid payment method must remain on file. Failed payments may result in paused service until resolved.
You may cancel your subscription with 7 days' written notice before your next billing cycle.
Mid-month cancellations will not be refunded.
You may request a temporary service pause (e.g., vacation) with at least 72 hours' notice, but recurring billing will continue unless explicitly suspended.
From time to time, we may adjust service days based on holidays, weather, or route efficiency. You will be notified of such changes via email or SMS in advance whenever possible.
If you're dissatisfied with a service visit, please contact us within 24 hours of the visit so we can assess and resolve the issue.
While we take great care in our work, Havn Constructors Inc. shall not be held liable for minor lawn damage due to routine maintenance unless caused by negligence. Damage to underground irrigation or unmarked obstacles is the client’s responsibility unless we are informed prior to service.
